Newly remodelled place, I loved accommodating personnel.
The room was incredible, with a coffee and main bedrooms plus storage space, slept really well. The food was appetising with plenty of alternatives. There was a lovely garden, marvellous setting in the lake district.

Fine lakeside views, beautifully maintained gardens, engaging community events
Housekeeping could greatly improve cleanliness standards!!! The outdated decor is screaming for a makeover, and poor water pressure is just unacceptable!!!

The room had fine views of Derwentwater, a nice way to start the day. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs for the noise from the corridor in the morning.
